We might tell you not to hire us
If you're a brand-new agent with no consistent income, or a contractor whose real problem is scheduling rather than lead flow, marketing won't fix it and we'll say so. It costs us a client and saves you six months. We'd rather be the people you call in a year.
We work with a limited number of clients
Two people can serve a certain number of businesses properly and no more. We also hold to one agent or team per community and one contractor per trade per service area. If we're full or there's a conflict, we'll tell you on the first call instead of stretching.
