We need ten real projects before we need your money.
Buildlist Marketing Co. is new. We could tell you we're good at this, or we could just do the work — free, for the first ten real estate agents and the first ten contractors who'll let us — in exchange for the truth about how it went.
This is not a discount on anything else. Foundation builds, monthly plans and ad spend stay exactly as priced on the pricing page.
- 10 places for agents, 10 for contractors — first qualified, not first clicked
- A free Listing Launch Kit or Project Spotlight, normally $350–$500
- In exchange: real details, real photos, a short honest testimonial, permission to publish
- Closes at 10 of each, or 90 days from launch — whichever comes first
A new agency's biggest problem is that nobody's seen it work yet.
Every page on this site argues from method, rules and published prices, because there's no ten-year track record to argue from instead. The fastest way to fix that isn't a discount — it's real, finished work we can point to, with a name attached and a client willing to say what it was like.
So instead of cutting the price of a Foundation build — which would just teach every future client that $3,500 was invented — we're giving away a genuinely small product we already sell at $350–$500, to a capped number of real businesses, in exchange for something that can't be faked: a real result and a real quote.
Pick the one that's yours.
Founding Listing Program
A free Listing Launch Kit for your next active listing: a dedicated property page, a targeted Meta ad set aimed at the surrounding postal codes, three social assets, one email to your database, and a printed feature sheet.
Normally $350–$500 per listing. Free for the first 10 agents.
Founding Spotlight Program
A free Project Spotlight for a completed job: a dedicated before-and-after page, one social ad set built from your job photos, and a short write-up — what the job was, what you found, what it cost, how long it took.
Normally $350–$500 per project. Free for the first 10 contractors.
The whole deal, in one place.
What's included
- One dedicated page — a listing, or a finished project
- Built on the same static stack as this site: fast, no plugins, yours to keep
- One ad set and the matching social assets
- Copywriting included — we'll write it if you don't want to
What we ask in return
- Real photos and real details — not stock, not vague
- A short testimonial once it's live, a few honest sentences, not a script
- Permission to name your business and link the page from our work page
- For a listing: it needs to still be active when we build it
What this isn't
It doesn't include a Foundation build, a monthly retainer, ad spend, or ongoing management — those stay exactly as priced on the pricing page. It's one dedicated page, done once, for ten agents and ten contractors. After that — or after 90 days from launch, whichever comes first — the founding program closes and the Listing Launch Kit and Project Spotlight go back to being a normal $350–$500 line item.
About the founding program.
Why are you doing this for free?
Because we're new, and the fastest honest way to prove we're worth hiring is to show ten real results instead of asking you to trust a claim. It's cheaper for us than advertising, and it's more convincing than anything we could write about ourselves.
Does this apply to a full website build?
No. A Foundation build is $3,500–$6,500 and stays at that price — this program is one dedicated page, not a site. If you want both, the Foundation build is quoted and paid for normally; the free page is a separate, smaller thing.
What if the first 10 spots are already gone?
We'll tell you honestly rather than string you along. You can buy a Listing Launch Kit or Project Spotlight at the normal $350–$500 price, or ask to be told if we run another founding cohort later.
Do I have to sign anything?
A short written agreement covering the photo and testimonial permission — the same paperwork any client gets, just with no invoice attached.
Can I upgrade to a full site or a monthly plan afterward?
Yes, and it's exactly the outcome we're hoping for — but there's no obligation either way. Plenty of businesses take the free page and nothing else, and that's a fine outcome too.
