Dwg. No. 014 — Free audit Free · No obligation · Yours to keep

We'll show you exactly what a customer sees when they look you up.

Fill this in and within two business days you'll get a private video — about fifteen minutes, screen recorded, no slides. We search for your business the way a customer would and narrate what we find, what's missing, what your closest competitor is doing better, and the first three things we'd fix.

You keep the video whether you hire us or not. There's no call attached unless you ask for one.

This is also the front door. Every entry plan — Lead Rescue, Google Profile Rescue, the Review Engine — starts here, because we won't sell you one until we've checked it's the thing you actually need.

What's in it

  • The Google search. What comes up for your name and for the services you sell in your area. Where you sit against the people you compete with.
  • Your Google Business Profile. Usually the biggest and cheapest gap. Categories, services, photos, questions, review count and recency.
  • Your website, if you have one. Speed on a phone, whether it's obvious how to contact you, whether the forms work, whether it's readable by search engines.
  • AI search. We ask ChatGPT and Google's AI what most people ask, and show you whether you appear at all.
  • Your lead response. With your permission we'll submit your own form and call your own number, and tell you honestly how long it took to hear back.
  • Three fixes, in priority order — including the ones you can do yourself for nothing.

Request your audit

Six fields. We only need enough to find you.

We don't sell or share your details, and we don't add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for. Prefer to talk first? Call 416-953-9545.

The obvious question

Why would we do this for free?

01

It's the fastest way to prove we know your business

Anyone can claim to understand contractors and agents. Fifteen minutes of specific, correct observations about your particular business settles it faster than any sales call could.

02

It tells us whether we can help

Sometimes the honest finding is that you're in good shape and don't need us yet. We'd rather learn that in the twenty minutes it takes to record than four weeks into a retainer.

03

Some people just fix it themselves

Genuinely fine. A few of the fixes are free and take an afternoon. If you do them and the phone rings more, you'll remember where the advice came from.

What it isn't

It isn't a generic PDF with your business name pasted in, and it isn't a thin excuse to get you on a call. It's one of us, on screen, actually looking at your business. That's why it takes a couple of days and why we can only do a handful a week.

How every audit ends

With one of four answers — and one of them is "don't hire us."

Almost every business we look at is losing work at exactly one of four points. The audit's job is to say which one, because the fix is completely different in each case and buying the wrong one is how people conclude that marketing doesn't work.

LEAK 01

Nobody's finding you

You barely appear for the services you sell in the areas you cover. Everything downstream is academic until this changes.

→ Google Profile Rescue, local search, ads

LEAK 02

They find you and aren't convinced

You show up, but eleven reviews against a competitor's hundred and eighty, or a site that loads slowly and says nothing specific, sends them elsewhere.

→ Review Engine, website

LEAK 03

They contact you and wait

Calls go to voicemail, forms sit for hours. You're paying to generate enquiries and then losing them to whoever answered first.

Lead Rescue, $129/mo

LEAK 04

Nothing's leaking

You're found, believed, and you answer fast. Marketing isn't your constraint — capacity or pricing is. We'll say so, and you shouldn't hire us.

→ Nothing. Keep your money.

This is why there's no "buy now" button on our entry plans

Selling a $129 monthly plan to someone whose actual problem is leak 01 is how an agency gets a client who cancels in four months and tells people it didn't work. We'd rather find out first — and if the honest answer is leak 04, we'll tell you that too. More on how the entry plans work.

Questions

About the audit.

How long does it take to get it?

Two business days in most cases. If we're backed up we'll email you a date rather than leave you waiting.

Will I get chased afterwards?

One follow-up email asking whether the video was useful and whether you want to talk. If you don't reply, that's the end of it. No sequences, no cold calls.

I don't have a website at all.

Then the audit is still worth having — we'll focus on your Google Business Profile, your reviews and what shows up for your name. Plenty of trades get most of their work without a website, and the first fix often isn't a website.

Do you actually call my number?

Only if you tick the box saying we can. It's the most uncomfortable and most useful part of the audit — a lot of businesses find out their form has been broken for months.

Is it really free?

Yes. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel. The catch is the obvious one: we're hoping you'll like it enough to hire us. If you don't, you still keep the video.

No pitch, no obligation

See exactly what your competition is doing that you aren't.

We record a 15-minute screen share: what shows up when someone Googles you, what your Google profile is missing, what the guy down the road is doing better, and the first three things we'd fix. You keep the video whether you hire us or not.
