Here's what it costs. You shouldn't have to book a call to find out.
Most agencies hide their pricing so they can size you up first. We'd rather you work out whether we're in your range before either of us spends an hour on a call. If the numbers below don't fit your business right now, that's a useful thing to know today.
- Fixed prices, never hourly
- Ad spend goes on your card, to your account — never marked up
- Three-month initial term on monthly plans, then 30 days' notice
- You own the domain, the site, the accounts and the data from day one
- Prices in Canadian dollars, plus HST
New: free for the first 10 of each
The Listing Launch Kit and the Project Spotlight below are free right now for the first 10 real estate agents and the first 10 contractors, in exchange for a real case study and a testimonial — not a discount on anything else on this page. See the founding program →
The cheapest way in is $129 a month.
Most people we meet have already paid an agency $1,500 a month for six months and got nothing they could point to. Being wary of us is reasonable. So the entry point is deliberately small, month to month, and refundable.
All three start with the free audit. There's no buy-now button, because selling you the wrong one of these is how agencies end up with clients who cancel in four months. The audit tells us which — and sometimes tells you to save your money.

These are products, not discounts
They're cheap because they're genuinely small and quick for us to deliver — not because we've cut the price of something bigger to get you in the door. Plenty of clients stay on one of them and nothing else, indefinitely, and that's a perfectly good outcome. We won't chase you to upgrade.
Limited places each month
A $129 plan still takes real setup time, and we're deliberately small. We take a limited number of entry clients a month and the audit is how we decide who they go to. If we're full when you ask, we'll give you a date instead of taking your money and putting you in a queue.

A build with nothing behind it is a business card. These plans are the demand side — and we'd rather you start on the smallest one that fits than be sold the biggest.

Ad spend is not included — and never goes through us
You pay Google and Meta directly, from your own card, on accounts registered in your name. We're granted access to manage them. Budget $1,000–$2,500/month for most contractors and $800–$2,000 for most agents. Our fee doesn't change when your spend does.
Ads management on its own
If you already have a website you're happy with and only want the advertising run properly: $850/month plus your ad spend, one platform. $1,150/month for both Google and Meta. Same reporting, same rules about ownership.

What we promise and what we don't.
Why a three-month minimum?
Because nothing we do produces a fair read in thirty days, and a one-month trial mostly measures how fast we can set things up. Three months is the shortest honest test. After that it's month to month with 30 days' notice, and you keep everything.
Will you guarantee results?
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Too much depends on your pricing, your close rate and how fast you return calls. We guarantee the work: the deliverables, the timelines, the response times and honest monthly reporting. If you want risk shared, ask about running a database reactivation campaign as a paid trial first.
Do you discount?
We remove scope instead. A discount would mean the original price was made up, and we'd rather you trust the number. If the plan is more than you want to spend, we'll build you a smaller one.
What happens if I leave?
You take everything. Domain, website files, ad accounts, Google Business Profile, CRM data, all the video and photography we shot. It's all in your name from the start — we've seen too many small businesses discover the hard way that their "own" website lives on someone else's platform.
Who will I actually be dealing with?
The people who build your campaigns. We're deliberately small, so there's no account manager relaying messages and no junior doing the work while someone senior sold it. It also means we take on a limited number of clients at a time — if we're full, we'll tell you rather than take the money and stretch.
Do you work with competing businesses?
For real estate agents, no — one agent or team per community, written into the agreement. For contractors we won't take two businesses in the same trade competing for the same service area. If we're already working with someone who'd overlap with you, we'll say so on the first call.
